In the constellation of global real estate markets, success emanates not from transactions but from trust cultivated across decades. Olga Bekhteneva, co-founder of Hermes Real Estate and pioneer in Dubai’s property sector since 2005, embodies this philosophy through two decades of market leadership. Real estate is not about property; it’s about people, trust, and building a legacy.
This belief has guided my journey since our Associated Director Diana Ganeeva and I took our first steps into Dubai’s emerging market in 2005. What began as an adventurous leap evolved into a lifelong mission to create a credible, transparent, and pioneering brand. In 2014, we founded Hermes Real Estate, which has grown into a holding group encompassing brokerage, development, investment consultancy, and hospitality.
Over two decades, we’ve completed transactions worth over AED 2 billion, earning respect from clients and peers alike. Today, Hermes Real Estate Holding unites 249 professionals who share one goal: ensuring honesty, insight, and innovation in every deal. The most common question we hear is: is now the right time to buy?
After more than 20 years watching this city rise from sand to skyline, our answer remains yes. The UAE, just over 54 years young, already ranks among the world’s top five cities. Dubai isn’t merely growing; it’s evolving into one of the most forward-thinking cities on the planet.
Our favourite areas capture distinct facets of Dubai’s soul. Palm Jumeirah epitomises luxury, Arabian Ranches embodies lifestyle, and Dubai Hills represents legacy. From an investment perspective, we hold strong confidence in Palm Jebel Ali, Dubai Islands, Expo City, and Dubai Creek Harbour.
Our most meaningful deal involved guiding a family through purchasing their Palm Jumeirah villa in 2007. Watching them move into their renovated home, then seeing their investment triple by 2023, perfectly illustrates strategic property investment’s long-term impact. The best advice we received: never chase money; chase excellence.
Money will follow. Real estate, at its essence, remains about people, trust, and legacy building. Properties appreciate and markets fluctuate, but relationships and reputations endure.
