At the heart of concierge services lies a world where luxury and privilege are not just concepts but everyday realities. Premium Dubai caters to those in search of a seamless experience in the city, managing everything from travel logistics to accommodation and ensuring that the city’s best restaurants and most exclusive events are within reach. The club card subscription provides a personal assistant available around the clock.

Five restaurants currently define the pinnacle of Dubai’s dining scene. Moonrise holds a Michelin star and offers an ever-changing menu that combines Levant staples with French culinary techniques, served Omakase-style — a Japanese tradition allowing a limited number of diners to savour a set meal selected by the chef and prepared on the spot. Serving a maximum of 12 people per sitting, Moonrise features a signature charcoal khubz bread accompanied by a sauce made from Brittany butter infused with brown miso, confit garlic, and aged Comte cheese.

Chef Haddad’s menu begins with Explosion — a foie gras-packed pani puri that encapsulates Dubai’s cosmopolitan nature. Urla, nestled in Downtown Dubai opposite the iconic Burj Khalifa, offers the essence of the sun-drenched coasts of Spain, Greece, and Western Turkey. Named after the gastronomical heart of Turkey’s West Coast, Urla elevates traditional Aegean dishes into contemporary masterpieces with gourmet crustacea and freshly caught fish, charcoal grilled or salt-crust baked.

The restaurant’s extensive wine cellar is one of the most impressive in the city. Alba, at Dubai Opera Plaza, bridges Asia and Europe on a single plate. Under Brand Chef Vladimir Chistyakov and Chef Minho Ted Shin, signature dishes include Scallops Crudo, Beef Yuk-Hwe, and Wagyu Tenderloin with Truffle and Katsu Sauce.

Hidden within is Himitsu — an exclusive bar for 15 guests meaning secret in Japanese. La Petite Maison in DIFC offers seasonal French Mediterranean business lunch menus from local and European seasonal ingredients. Estiatorio Milos by acclaimed Chef Costas Spiliadis offers Greek cuisine in its purest form, with freshly caught fish, wild oysters, and ceviches treated with the utmost respect — a drizzle of olive oil from centuries-old Koroneiki trees enhancing the natural flavours.
