Real Estate is No Puzzle to Me: Olga Pavlova

Moving to Dubai as an established entrepreneur and launching a new business in a new country is like solving a Rubik’s cube — each piece matters, and putting it all together requires a very particular kind of patience. Olga Pavlova has done exactly that, and her real estate brand, Pavlova.Estate, is the result. Her career began in law, moved through IT sales in the European market, and then pivoted to something she had long been drawn to: real estate.

The foundation came partly from an unexpected place. A friend informed her that the rights to the Rubik’s cube brand belonged to an English company — and that the license for Russia and the CIS was available. It is an exploration of preferences, and finding the right alignment matters more than the immediate transaction. A client looking for a 150,000-dollar apartment may find a high-calibre professional overqualified — and feel it. Authenticity is the cornerstone of success. Showcasing one’s genuine character attracts the clients who value exactly that.
